Damla Tüzüner

After graduating from Hacettepe University, Department of Translation and Interpretation in 1991, Damla Tüzüner completed the Business Administration Program at Ankara University and the Executive MBA Program at METU. Having professional experience in different sectors such as aviation, defense industry, foreign trade, export, regional development,  grant management, capacity building, strategy development, management consultancy, Tüzüner has been working in the field of international development consultancy since 2005. She is highly experienced in Technical Assistance projects management/implementation, reporting, quality control procedures, as well as communication with Program/Project Stakeholders. Tüzüner, who is the Managing Director of ANKON Consulting, where she has been working since 2008, supported the management and implementation of technical assistance projects funded by various international financial institutions such as EU, EBRD, KfW, GIZ, JICA, OIC, etc… She has undertaken the project directorship of some large-scale and large-budgeted Technical Assistance projects financed by the EU in Turkey. The projects she has been involved  in cover many areas, from health to education, employment to quality, cultural heritage to creative industries, environmental and social investments to sustainability services, agriculture to food, gender equality to innovation, twinning services to competitiveness. She is the Vice Chairman of İKASİ.
